		<description>For breakfast with the blender i mix curd (protein) with fruit, porridge and milk
Lunch: about x pieces of bread with protein rich stuff on it (peanutbutter, cottonchease, tuna, salmon, eggs, whatever)
Evening meal: pasta, beans or mashed potatoes are good gainers (in combi with meat or fish).
In between the meals take healthy snacks like protein shakes (again mix it with porridge or oatmeal) or a sandwitches with tuna or something.
Drink A LOT like 2 liters milk or water a day.</description>
